Sometimes we have to use a process of trial and error to work out what makes us feel good. We can have any number of theories or philosophies. We can analyse a situation until we are blue in the face. But reality is a very different thing. You are now having a ‘learning experience’. You are discovering that all is not as you once thought it would be. Maybe you have had to find something out the hard way. But, in the process of making that discovery, you have created an easy way to achieve satisfaction any time you need it.
